I am leaving for the Arnold Classic Fitness Expo in 4 days. If you live in or near Columbus, Ohio please be sure to stop by the Protein Factory booth and meet me and get an autographed poster. I added a bunch of new Wallpapers and Banners to my site. I swear that I have the most talented fans on the planet! I was admiring all of the artwork on those pages and I am really impressed! Sorry for the lack of updates this month. I am training hard for the Arnold Classic Fitness Expo and my schedule and diet have left me feeling drained. However, if you know anything about me you will know that I will not let that slide. I will definitely make it up! I won't be training at this intensity level forever. If I did I think I might just keel over and die! Anyway, without further adieu... I just added my last cam show to the Bobbi Channel so check it out when you get a chance.
