Copyright Infringement

I tend to be pretty laid back about things but enough is enough. I finally had to write a little something regarding the theft of my images. Instead of doing something drastic like preventing people from saving my images, I thought I would take the time to share with you my views on copyright infringement. Besides, I don't want to punish all the good people out there for the actions of a few shady characters here and there.

So here it is... this is where I stand. I do not tolerate the theft of my images at all. Now I am not talking about fan sites or sites with various models' pics. What I'm specifically referring to is: dating sites, mail-order Russian Bride sites, escort services, and stripper websites, or anything else that paints me in a negative light. I am fed up with having my photos used for those purposes. I've also had my photos stolen out of magazines and placed in advertisements in major magazines like FHM, Maxim, and Muscle and Fitness. Once again, I do not tolerate this sort of abuse whatsoever.

If you are even thinking about stealing my images, let me just clue you into something... Think again! I DO retain legal counsel and I WILL go after you! I'm not joking around either. If you have any doubts...

I'm extremely fortunate to have a large fan base. If my photos are used, chances are, somebody will tell me. And I am definitely not the type to sit around and do nothing about it!

I don't want to come off like a hard ass, but it's just that I take my image very seriously. I've worked diligently to promote myself in this industry.

In all fairness, most of the people that come to my site are great people! I do this site for all of you! Thanks for your support and understanding! :)
